Would a 20x9.5 +20 be aggressive?

^ not really. Would fit stock body nicely enough with flattened fender lips.

It would be "semi" aggressive. I ran a 19 x 9.5 +20, 255/35 with fenders rolled completely flat. It was flush but no poke really.

245 should be fine. Don't cut your fenders, a good flat roll with either a fender roller or if you have steady hands a hammer roll. I find the hammer roll works best, and if you need to pull the rears use a roller, pulling fronts can be done by hand.

Definitely don't cut your fenders, it can cause issues down the line you don't want to deal with (can't roll them flat, cut into your tires if you rub, etc.). Just get a good flat roll.
