Pics of my "new" 2004 G35X

Pics of my 35X. All options including Navigation, 50,000 miles, extremely clean for New England car. Plan to buy 17 inch Dale Earnhardt Jr. Black Chrome rims. Also have a pic of those.

Don't think they'd be worth bothering with huh? I thought they'd at least look good on the car.

I'd have to buy new tires. Ones I got on there are almost new. Too much expense.

The X looks good. Sorry but I gotta agree with the other guy, never a fan of aftermarket wheels of similar OEM size. Looks cheap and you're better off sticking with the factory OEMs until you get a set of 18's, 19's or 20's. We also recommend a suspension drop to achieve a clean, sleek look of your rims, and not the 4x4 pickup truck look

Very nice clean ride. Congratulations. I actually think those wheels would look good on your X , but 18" would be nicer.

But you bought a very clean G! Reminds me of our old 04 X.

I'm getting the picture. I think you guys are giving me good advice. My OEM rims are almost mint, and my tires only have about 3,000 on them. Here in central New England dropping the suspension on a daily driver is not a very good idea. The road hazzards are almost legandary. I think I'll consider a Plenum spacer, new exhaust, and a few odds and ends.

I was looking to get Dale Jr (killer) style rims 18x8F and 18x9.5R and going for the look not the bragging right. I say If it what you can afford go for it. I'm in the same boat rims+tires = $1600 dont think I wolud want to ever spend more than that any way.

Ride the Stock rims/tires out then when they're bad make a full upgrade! The G is meant to be on 18' at least!

Paint the grill black and leave the emblem chrome. I just did mine today on my brilliant silver X and the front looks SO much better. Gives a good contrast instead of the chrome-on-silver look.
