FINALLY I've finished some of the changes planned since 2009. Thanks to some stuck hardware, I had to take the car into the shop to install the exhaust, but we're good now. Featured below:
- Motordyne VQ exhaust (dual tip)
- GT Spec front strut bar
- Bridgestone Turanzas (with Serenity!)

There are a few adjustments left. There seems to be a bit of vibration with the exhaust, so I'm thinking a bit of heat shielding needs to be bent. Hopefully it will get a bit warmer soon and I can lift up the car to check that out.

Will post vids of the VQ sounds when I get a chance - anyone in North Jersey up for helping me make some? Not a fan of making these vids by myself.

^looks like it would suit the 05 bumper or Nismo rear valence extremely well. Sticks out a little on the 03/04 OEM bumper.

In for the price too, I didn't know they were making a dual exit axle back!

Thanks for the comments! Changing exhaust is always a bit nerve-racking because it makes such a big difference in look/feel/sound of the car and you're pretty much committed once you install. I'm enjoying it though and liking the sound. I've only had it on for a day, so I'm curious to see if there is any break-in/change in note.

I agree that it sticks out a bit, but it isn't really noticeable unless you know what you're looking at; definitely less noticeable than their VQ sedan with single titanium tip. Price paid is the same as advertised on MD site $777.

By the way, this kit is y-back, not axle back. The axle back uses a v-band clamp so it only mounts to their mid-pipes. The dual tip was what sold me since I wanted to retain a shred of OEM look - not sure I accomplished that since both tips measure 3 inches.

I am thinking about the same strut bar, how do you like it? What did you feel changed with the car?

I finally get to see the VQ with dual tip on the sedan. The MD exhaust is very high quality, but IMO it does sit alittle too low for my likings. Ive been waiting for someone to post up pics of this exhaust for a long time... Great buy man!!!

I guess there aren't many pics of it installed yet. Let me know if you need to see more angles - naturally I have a lot more photos.

I didn't install it, so I'm not sure whether it can be moved up a bit. When I get a chance to get under the car, I'm going to look at the mounts and see if there's anything that can be done.

Hard to tell since I don't think there are any scientific measurements that can be done. I drive a 2004 with over 100K on it, so the suspension is not what it used to be in any case. I will say it seems to handle the bombed out roads around new jersey better now and appears to roll more smoothly at angles into driveways, etc.

Suffice it to say, I no longer feel that I will go careening into a ravine when I hit a hole in the highway off-ramp going above the "suggested" speed. That's enough for me.

you should feel a difference with the strut bar going into aggressive turns...It should feel much tighter and more connected

Hey if you mind putting up a couple more pics, nothing specific. That would be awesome!!Honestly I think the muffler should be bigger, like the HKS. But Tonys mad methods does wonders for our cars, and I will purchase his products when the time comes. Looks great either way, notice any increase since its been put on?
