How about some pictures of 1163,1164,1165 or 1166 for the love of God. No one knows how to take a picture anymore?

 

there are no pics of 1165... there are plenty of pics of various sizes shorter - which is why 1165 has been determined to be the correct fit.

1163 is literally 2mm too short... search around there are a couple pics of it.

 

I'll post pics of my 1163 just as soon as I get it painted and installed, but like Mike said, it's about 2-3mm too short.

if you molded it in you can have it taper down at the ends and flow... since you have body work being done anyway, you might as well do it!

it was a regular m3 lip for an m3 long on both sides, it was chopped off on both ends and touch up paint on the parts that were cut, didnt look that bad unless you got real close
