G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
That's it, I can't come to Cali now. I'm afraid if I look at your engine bay it will blind me. I keep asking myself "how can Marcus' car get better" and then I see updates like this.

Effin sick, that's all I can say.

Thanks Wes! Gonna take a lot of money and time to do all that I've done. I've been working on the engine bay for 2.5+ years. Anything I can do to help though let me know, I've got a few spare parts that I have have polished or chromed for you so they are ready when you get here for instance.

Jeah buddy. Thanks Chris. We had to remove the passenger heat shield to get one of the chrome brackets near the PS pump on so since we had it out Randy polished it.

I like what you did with the blue stripe on the alternator. I did something similar with my first Trans Am. The older GM alternators are pretty easy to take apart and I painted it matte black with a gloss red stripe in the middle (on the coils like yours) to match the car. The alternators on those cars sit really high, so it was one of the first things you saw, and people really liked it.
Pity the G buries the alternator so low in the engine bay. Still it's a really nice way of addressing those last few remaining parts.

How much you got left? (Or should I not make you think about that? )
Ashley I never thought I would go this far with the engine bay. Hanging out with RRYDE, zackt69, martyg35, sxexcx, speedraver, bigc, and rookie were all a bad influence on me to go BIG. My goal is to have one of the most unique VQ35DE engine bays around, I'm almost "done".

As I polished/chrome more stuff, the parts there were not shiny stood out more.

I do have a couple things left to chrome, a few parts to swap, somethings to delete. Final phase of the engine bay will be done in time for GTG III, can't wait to show you guys what I have planned.

Thanks man. Not much left to polish and chrome, just a couple of items. Still have some more "clean up" and details to do though.

The Idler pulley isn't hard to swap out. If you remove the large one you'll need new belts.

Thanks Zack, I partially blame you for my OCD in the engine bay and my obsession with ARC parts...LOL.

Bring your sunglasses Tim, I won't be held responsible for retinal damage.

It was a lot of work to do this latest round of mods, you can do it in one day though, but it will be a long day.
