no need to get riled up...

First of all, I didnt post regarding the molded parts, I was showing that the fiberglass can be added to the bottom corner of the bumper wheel-well to curve back around instead of stopping at a point (angled forward) as you mentioned in previous post...

Second, it's not filler or bondo that created the shape - it's just added fiberglass - the "filler" is over the glass to smooth out and prep for paint... but I'm sure you knew that,..

Third, adding that extra fiberglass to add/extend curve to the wheel well doesn't do anything to make cracking more likely - I've scraped plenty of times and it hasn't cracked.

And lastly (most importantly) this car get's abused more than most people would think... I dont daily drive it (only because I have a company vehicle) - but when it does get driven it doesnt crawl over bumps and slow roll with caution - it gets on race tracks and gets tossed around harder than 90% of cars here (whether on the track or the street)... So there isnt a need to cringe and whine about "it's gonna crack".

We've had this discussion in the past lol

I would rip that **** off in a day, you have a moderate drop, I'm over lowered to the point of complete stupidity. Hence why I won't use any glass or poly.

On the front bumper I shaved (oem 03/04) I drove on it for maybe a month, there was no glass in supporting sections and merely in the shaved sections. I still manged to bottom out and fracture all that glass.

^^^ unfortunately I don't recall all discussions I have on here... but really my post wasn't even regarding you having a fiberglass bumper - it was simply stating that the Kurookie can be shaped to curve back farther (it's already a fiberglass bumper, so adding more isn't detrimental).

Again - it's regarding the pic of the bumper you commented on - not whether or not you should do it.

if it was incredibly obvious, why didn't you mention it when you said this:

I've owned both remember lol
I'm not sure what your issue is and why you choose to battle... you made a statement, I added that it could be changed... you can man up and realize that there are options to address what you stated - or you can keep squabbling about nothing. After all, that's what this forum has become in many respects.

Congrats on the pick ups! You'll be quite pleased with the difference in your car with the sways installed.

3m di-noc CF glovebox. Gotta redo the trim by the air vent to line up with the glove box but it looks really good even in person :-). The lighting makes the CF look like a different shade than the door pull but it's the same vinyl
