Two words you need to tell the adjuster - "Diminished value" - your car's resale value just took a huge hit due to this guy's carelessness.

thanks Wrathernaut, I am aware of diminished value. Im gonna worry about the repairs initially, and then I will pursue diminished value.

Just double checking... The rear emblem for the coupe does not have pins like the sedans. Am I correct?

doh, I am getting a check soon a year later lawl, crappy insurance company that hit me. Half is going into the bank though.

Yep, Sedans are the special ones with the holes for the side molding and rear Mt.Fuji Emblem.

Go do your own shop, Do not get recycled parts. My 05 got hit and I got new parts. Are you at the insurance that hit you authorized repair place? If so Get the heck out and look up reviews for repair shops in your area, and go to one thats good.
