Two words you need to tell the adjuster - "Diminished value" - your car's resale value just took a huge hit due to this guy's carelessness.

No guarantee it'll work, but it's worth a shot.

^I never did do the diminished value on mine. :/
I should have, could've been a little extra mod money.

thanks Wrathernaut, I am aware of diminished value. Im gonna worry about the repairs initially, and then I will pursue diminished value.
Just double checking... The rear emblem for the coupe does not have pins like the sedans. Am I correct?

Go do your own shop, Do not get recycled parts. My 05 got hit and I got new parts. Are you at the insurance that hit you authorized repair place? If so Get the heck out and look up reviews for repair shops in your area, and go to one thats good.Originally Posted by ccc123pm
Estimate came in this afternoon at 1800 bux. I laughed. Labor is listed as 40 bux an hour, and recycled parts are to be used. Am I think this is going to be a long uphill battle. Am I entitled to new parts, not out of junkyards? Any insurance ppl want to chime in?
