A search warrant can not be issued for something that is not evidence of a criminal offense. Since txting while driving isn't a criminal offense (civil motor vehicle infraction), it is impossible for a search warrant be issued for its contents.

The subscribers txting detail for that evening will successfully be subpoenaed in any civil case, if one were to materialize.
