Wow that ****ing sucks. Glad you're ok and the car, I would get rid of it. I know how hard it is to get rid of the car though.

But after my previous car went through so many wars, I finally got rid of it. (side swiped twice, once by a Neighbor, another by a tow truck driver). Rear ended at 60mph by a 4runner. My brother drove it and got involved in a hit and run. After that was fixed. My brother again backed into it.

That was the last straw. All of the accidents, NONE were my fault. I didn't want to get rid of it but now I'm glad I did After looking at the pictures. wtf was I thinking. lol

I think if I was not an autobody tech I would let it go. Over the years I see stuff destroyed and then its perfect. The place who is doing the frame work is legit. They have a lazer frame system on a brand new frame machine and a baller welder that you see in the factory. They are really set up to fix cars by today's standards.

That's good. As long as there are no frame damage then you should be good. Hopefully the repairs will come out perfect.

But, if there is frame damage, that should automatically mean = salvage.

Post some pics when it's done

Frame damage happens all the time and never means automatic salvage . Mine needs the end part of the rail which infiniti sells just for the hit I took. Drill out the factory spot welds and it comes right off. Not a big deal.

Rear hit is not as bad as front where motor and stuff are in the way. The rear is totally visible once you get the floor out.

^ +1 you have to bring it back the way it was before. It would be sad if the insurance had to take it.

Glad to hear your keeping it although I was looking forward to what you would have done next. Good taste looks good on any make/model.

Going with the same color?
