It's good to see that your keeping the car and not just thinking its totaled like some people who thinks it may be. Like you've said you have seen worse. To me if a car is in a bad accident it can be fixed as long as it is done RIGHT. I'm sure you know this all to well from your viewpoint of doing body work for a living. I had 18k worth of body damage done to my G. New sub-frame, right rear quarter panel, inner skin if you could call it that, and I even think I had some pulling done on my rails, etc. My car drives as if it has was never hit, and no weird noises just like before. Keep up the good work. I definitely can't wait to see your car finished.

I would love to see any pics(if you took them) of the new inner structure parts and where they weld together with all the rest. Great work man!

I will get some tomorrow.

In the meantime from last night. I started my bodywork and now I gotta grind some welds and start seam sealing.

started bodywork where new quarter was welded

Just dry fit shots. All gaps are money, the frame tech at work is a master

Trunk is not shut in this pic

Wow, what a transformation! Steve, you are truly a master at your trade.

Can't wait to see what you got in store for it when completed.

Thanks Rob but I did not do it all myself. I cut the car up but my shop foreman did the pulling and welding. I do not know how to use frame machine or laser measuring system. I work mainly on the refinishing side of the shop.
