Please discuss this vehicle and the apperance

I periodically check vehicle values and ran into this car. It looks like stock 18" sport wheels with the rims painted black and the lip has been polished. What do you think of the overall appearance of the vehicle. Attached is the autotrader link for any people interested in getting more info about it. Also any idea what it has been dropped on probably S-tech springs

Nice lines, beautiful paint and nice wheels. If it's this clean under the hood it's a great find!

Good looking car. I'm willing to bet that these are the wheels:

I've always wondered about those wheels. Good to see them actually on a car.

Looks super clean. It's all going to come down to how well it's been maintained (mechanically).

Honestly, it looks like a well taken care of car. Obviously, maintenance records would be great but I would haggle the price a bit.

Going off what I can see in the Autotrader ad:

-Tire wear, front inners

-Lots of cars look good in pictures... not so many once you get up close.

Hell, even being up close with my current car and knowing what to look for, I missed a bunch of things. But, silver has a tendancy to hide imperfections better than other paint jobs.

Talk them down on the price if it looks like a good car. Check the fluids.

Thanks for all the opinions guys...I am not looking to purchase but just browsing at vehicle prices/conditions to gauge the market and know what to expect when I resale/trade-in. I am content with my vehicle and the condition of it versus take over someone elses headaches. I personally thought for the price, looks at condition the price is fair. $1500-$2000 lower would make it a slick deal for someone in the market and with negotiations that is possible. I would point out the tear wear, complain about rims and say you prefer stock, the color might not be your first choice, any other maintenance issues uncovered during pre purchase inspection. Upcoming tranny fluid, diff fluid, coolant, any brake pads, tires, belts, filters (Air, cabin, fuel) and other wear and tear items. As always refer to my thread on why you should have a Autocheck report done along with mechanic/body shop inspection.

Oh couldn't agree with you more... Pictures are nothing close to what the car "actually" looks like in person

But it does indeed to look very clean. Another couple thousand off the price it would be an alright deal...
