Sevas S55 on Black g35x? Opinions please!

Hey guys, had my 07 g35x since jan 07, my only mod is 20% tint all on all windows except the winshield of corse. My next mod would be rims for the spring and i was thinking of the sevas s55, 20x 8.5 all the way around what do you guys think? suggestions? and with the rims i was thinking of putting H & R springs how much would this drop the car?

p.s ill try to post some pics once we have nice weather or the snow up here in Canada MELTS!

the first thing i could suggest is that you dont get 8.5' all the way around.. they make a 10' rear that will fit just fine...

btw, the HR springs will lower it about 1.7 inches or so

The Sevas S-55' are sick looking rims. But I would go staggered. You do want that big fat lip in the rear don't you?? Besides you will have better grip with a x10 size in the rear. Looks good and perform better. So it is a win win situation.

S55's seem to be pretty popular... I've seen probably 4 post within the past week of people saying they are going to get it.... I also think they will look good, seen a white G with S55's at the casino last week and it looked sweet...

i like the S55's, i say do it. the only thing with sevas is that the center caps tend to fall off. you just need to keep and eye on them.

They are nice looking rims there's someone with a black 2nd gen with S-55 in 20X8.5 but personally I would go with a different design since there's about 7 1&2nd gen sedans with S-55. That probably doesn't matter much though depending on your location.

You cannot go staggered with the X, both wheels must have equal revolutions/diameter. Going staggered will confuse the hell out of the car!

As some of the others said, you must run same size wheel and tire all around on the X.

You can fit staggered wheels on an X but you will need to run negative camber!
