INJEN Daul CAI Intakes - Finally On

Yesterday my INJEN Dual CAI came in and my plan was to wait till the weekend to install it when i had time.......but.......that changed as soon as i got it in my hands and held it close. It took longer than i expected to put them on and was a PITA to complete. I did my install through the wheel wells.
But once your finished it is well worth it all! So when your doing normal driving (not hauling a**) you can hear it just a little, but when you open up and let it rip it is very loud "ROAR"!!!!!! I am pleased with this intake.

Looking good. I have some Injen's on my 2006 G sedan. Those things are MONSTEROUS when your foot is in the gas. Any performance to speak of? Drop in gas mileage?

I noticed that I lost low end (off the line power) with my Injen, and my stock boxes added more launch from a dead stop. Any similiar findings?

that sounds about right, but it's hard to tell when it's cool and crisp outside....when it's 95+ degrees F, it's very easy to tell the minor loss in low-end torque, but it just pulls so hard after 3500

Nice mate, it looks very nice......but once again I still can't see where the filters actually sit. Could you be kind enough to take a pic from directly on top of the filters so I "We" can see exactly where and how they sit?

i.e. a picture of the filters while still attached to the car?

The Filters are sitting right above the Plastic Liner under the front bumper. or right in front of the Fake Grille in the bumper. so say if you were able to take those fake grilles out of the Sport bumper. then you will see the filters clearly!

They sit exactly behind the lower left and right plastic covers on the front bumper.

Gotcha. I actually slipped them into the sides in the fenders so they are hidden. Thanks for the inspiration though!
