1. yes the have the studs built in.
2. All you do is take ur wheels off. Attach the specrs tor your hub then fasten. then put your wheel back on and fasten your wheel to the new built in studs.

^ You should always use a torque wrench when installing wheels or spacers. They should both be torqued to factory specs - which is 80 ft lbs of force. While it is not mandatory, better safe than sorry. I carry my torque wrench in my trunk.
BTW, a torque wrench works just like a regular wrench. The only difference is, you can set how much torque you want to apply and when you reach 80 ft lbs of torque, it clicks and won't let you tighten it further.
