Thumbs up Blacked Out Engine Cover

Sorry for the dark pictures, i took them in my dark garage. Turning my headlights on helped out a bit though lol
The front may seem that i missed a few spots but thats because of the reflection of my lights bouncing off light from the white garage door (just to make that clear) lmao

I'll take more pictures tomorrow, and better ones

Looks good Robby, I may have to do that this weekend

Did you sand it down first and prime it, or just paint it?

Those pictures are beautiful!! i think im gonna do that and skip on the CF cover for now at least it would look even better if you had the shiny black injen tubes. Still one of the sickest bay pics for sure!

I did sand it but with a very thin 800 sandpaper...it used for sanding car paint to give it that smooth look but i wasnt trying to make it smooth. Just something for the primer to hold onto. I used 3 coats of promoter and 3 coats and glossy black. The brand of paint and primer was dupli-color.

Mine actually fell off somehow, i dont know how. So i had a chrome license plate (the one in the pic) lol

and Mt. Fuji was attacked with screws lol
I drilled into the cover, got 2 big washers, and bolted Mt. Fuji to the engine cover lmao
Ghetto but it works

But ya i took it off when i did this. Made things a lot easier.
