Akebono's + Stillen + 6000K

^^ When does this "color-shift" occur? I have 24k miles on my car and the color of my HIDs just seems to be getting more yellow.

lol thanks, I can't go lower here, I'm already scraping like mad where I work in the industrial area, it's silly.
BTW Speaking of the Akebono's so far I've been loving them, but 2 days ago I was like 5 inches from hitting a pedestrian and these breaks really came into their own.
I was doing like 100 km/h on a fairly busy road. Traffic eased up a bit, I saw the middle lane clear up, so I slowly accelerated and guess what!?!?! a damn pedestrian was crossing the road right into the lane I'm on. He saw me, I saw Him, he tried to run across in front of me, I slammed on the breaks, by this time he jumped back away from my lane and I had to swerve around him slightly to avoid clipping him on the front left bumper!!
When I needed the breaks they really helped out and slowed the car down to a near stop. I shat bricks but I love these brakes

Not sure how grabby you like your brakes, but I like this set-up because it is not nearly as grabby as the stock brakes (non Akebono's). I prefer my brakes to be a little easier to modulate and with less initial bite than the stock brakes. That said, I cannot compare the set-up I'm currently running with a stock Akebono set-up, since I never ran the Akebono calipers with the stock pads and rotors.

Well, in that case the RacingBrake/Hawk set-up will be a lot less grabby then the stock set-up. I prefer the brakes to have less bite initially, so they are easier to modulate, but I'm not sure if this is your preference or not. Based on your preferences, you may be better off with the stock set-up, or possibly different pads.
