Just got this a few days ago! 2008 g35s with premium, navi, and tech package. only 35500 miles!! The previous owner was a doctor so i got a little something extra that i was not expecting at all LOL! let me know what you guys think

You sure it's an S model? You don't seem to have sport seats and paddle shifters...

Yeah, it's not a sport model. The only thing it has that the sport model has is the upgraded 18" wheels. Otherwise, everything else isn't sport.

It looks like it was originally a regular model, and then had upgraded 18" sport wheels later.

It also does NOT have a Tech Package. I don't see a laser cruise control button on your steering wheel, or an AFS disable button next to your trunk button. It looks like it only has Premium and Navigation Package. Looks like you got screwed and misled. I have the Tech Package, so I know what I am talking about. Hopefully you didn't pay extra for the inflated cost of the tech and sport package when the car never had it.

 

Yep, spot on about not being an S. Just glossed over the OPs pics and missed the obvious S features
My 07 G35 had the upgraded wheel pack too, just the split 7 spokers (great looking wheels IMO) and the Potenza tires. If I remember correctly it was like a $600 option.
And agree, hope the OP didn't get soaked for a true S upgrade, that would be a shame, and sure hope they didn't tack a red S on the tail, that would really be a slam!

 

No tech package either lol. Doesnt have adaptive cruise.

 

welcome, the car looks great! but like others said it has a few different specs than you thought(non-sports) just for future reference when youre looking for parts etc

 

they did tack on the S after the g35 which is why i thought i had the sport at first lol... i saw the sticker and its a Journey with the navi and premium pkgs I believe. I LOVE this car. A lot more power than my 01 Honda Accord I had before.

lol, same thought I had coming from a 5spd 2000 Accord w/ light flywheel and stage 1 clutch.I just picked up a 2007 BlueSlate? Sport 6spd and stock it handles better than the Accord with H&Rs w/ Koni Yellows (never did sways though).
