Hello all,

I am headed down for Indy. I am leaving early on Friday to make it there for lunch. I have 2 people riding with me. If we can coordinate it Chip then let's rally together.

If anyone is interested I can have a cook out at my place too. Just let me know if you all want me to.

Let's do Starved Rock in May maybe. I have never been to Elgin so the Vegas night there would be a lot of fun. Lets pick a night. March?? I will try to come up with dates for Vegas too. I have been watching prices and so far I have not seen anything cheap.

I'll see y'all in Indy. I can't wait...it'll be my first time and I've heard some pretty good stories :-) This could be dangerous though because I'm in the hunt for a new car and hanging out with all these G35 lovers could influence my decision!!

I will also be in Vegas if you guys make it out. I can't pass up that trip when its only a couple hours away! (I think I can get discounts for hotels that aren't on the strip...)

I think have 3 nights comp'd at The Mirage that I still need to use. I'm deffinetly in for the Vegas trip.

Big gambler, eh? We should go before it gets too hot in the desert but still warm enough to come back with some sun(especially all you that have been under snow all winter!)...maybe May?

I was going to suggest the that weekend in May, but I guess graduation is an acceptable excuse :-) How about May 21-23? We should probably decides soon because it looks like flights from Chicago to Vegas are already about $300...

That weekend works for me. I can get a roundtrip nonstop flight from Indy to Las Vegas for about $200.

How expensive is the Mirage (for us people that aren't lucky enough to have our rooms comp'd)?? Actually, I just checked their website and the rates begin at $350 a night...I don't think I can afford that one!

$350 a night? I don't think thats right. I've gotten a room there before for well under that. Something like $97 a night I think. I don't need to stay at The Mirage. My free nights are for weekdays anyway.

If we want to stay on the Strip (which I think is the best idea), the Sahara usually is the cheapest. Its not like we are going to be spending a lot of time at the hotel anyway. When were you planning on arriving (Thursday night, Friday, Saturday)? I can get there Thursday by 9. Also, any interest in seeing a show...LMaz and I want to see Mystere at Treasure Island. I think those tickets are about $95.

I was thinking of maybe flying in thursday morning and make it a little bit longer of a weekend. If everyone wants to see a show, thats fine I guess. I have seen Mystere, but I could always see it again, I thought it was good.

Who is going so far? I think we need some more input from the others here who are planning on going.

LMaz and I saw "O" at the Bellagio (she was in charge of hotel arrangements that trip, can you tell?) the last time we were there and it was incredible. I don't think we'd be up for Zumanity! I'm not sure what else is playing there now, I haven't been in a couple of months.

Yeah, who else is interested in this trip? It looks like we can get rooms at the Stardust for $95 a night. I've never stayed there before, but it looks pretty nice and its a good location.
