Way back when, we took a road trip up to Duluth. It was a good time! I think Peng was along on it.

Peng do you by chance happen to have the route taken? This is where its tricky to plan a good meet/cruise. I still have my run saved from when we had the big meet 2 years ago where we ran over into WI, came over the river down in Wabasha, and had the one Acura go in the ditch. This without mentioning having Janik eating off my rear bumper the entire time! LMAO

Haha that was such an epic trip. We made it to Duluth so quickly. Just hauled *** on 35. The duluth guys were like shocked when we pulled in so early.

Psh, either Zs or G coupes. Neither of them can lose the sedan.

I have decided that I am going to do a track day this summer with my new car and my dad in his Vette. Also my friend is coming along with his Z06 and maybe I can convince Songle to bring his new G.

I just think that would be a fricken HOOT.

Haha I'll have to pretty soon. My dad is looking at getting a 09 G37x in the spring. I'm excited cause I'll definitely take that out for a few drives

I think a weekend trio somewhere would be great. Either up the north shore or down the Mississippi. Bluff, water and woody areas are usually great for a scenic drive, some good twisties, and good photo opps.

Oh I will come with either a new g or my car now if I can't sell it/find one I want in time. Sounds like some good stuff is going to be planned, can't wait!

It takes a lot out of you to ride up there on a bike. Janik and I did it last summer and it takes you a while to get up there cause you have to stop so many times because your hurting.

I'd be up for a shorter trip this time is something gets planned.

Yeah, we made it up there in an hour and a half! I only used a 1/4 tank of gas too!

Lance, the route was basically a straight shot on 35 up. But we hit up the tourists spots up there...split rock, canal park (where we stayed), gooseberry falls, two harbors, maybe others I can't currently think of.

Yeah from the cities would suck on a bike. From Brainerd it isnt bad because yo uget the chance to move around on corners and such, its not all freeway riding. I ride more than I drive in the summer though, so I can usually go quite a while without needing to take a break. My 600 was comfy as hell and I never had to take a break on that, but on my 750 my wrist starts to hurt after a few hours.
