I Finally Got It!
After years and years of envying all you guys, I finally got a 2007 G-Coupe fully loaded! I couldn't be more happier. It all started when my bestfriend got an 04 coupe back in 2004. I was in love with the G's after that, it became worse when my brother got an 05 g35x. I use to have a 1998 Ford SVT Contour that I sold about 2 weeks ago (my sn sais SVT because I registered back in 05) Now I have the G, its the Athens Blue, Graphite Leather, 6-Speed Manual (obv.) and the Navigation System. The color is beautiful and it was a toss up between the blue or black. I had a black car before and decided to give the blue a try and im glad I did.
Its only been a week and at the moment I already have it somewhat moded. I got the Nissan clear corners, JWT Pop Charger and the Nismo black aluminum shift ****. I was kinda bummed after hearing the intake after install because it wasn't as loud as I though it would be, would adding the Z-tube help at all?? Also I havent tried installing the shift **** because that looks tricky and I dont want to screw anything up. Anybody have trouble installing their shift **** because the instructions say to remove the panel surrounding the shifter. Here are some of the pics the day I drove her home

Congrats! Love the color. There may be a thread on here about changing out the shift **** with a diy, I don't exactly remember to be honest. Do a search and see what you can find. Enjoy your G.
Congratulations...beautiful looking.
Keep that car, the last model year before the body change is always the most desirable.......
I can't believe how this body style stayed so fresh and good looking.....I think they may have missed the mark somewhat with the G37, but I'll wait to see one in person to make that decision....
Good luck and enjoy your car.

The blue is definitely my fav. color of the choices for the G. The shifter **** shouldn't be hard to install. Most just screw on and off. I don't know about the G since I have an auto, but I'm guessing the pop charger you installed was harder to put in then the shifter ****.
Congrats on your fantastic looking new G and welcome to the 'Driver boards. Have fun modding and enjoy your new ride.
I removed the plate which surrounded the shifter boot prior to installing a shifter ****. At the rear of the boot (behind the shifter **** assembly), you simply reach below the boot and gently pop/pull the said piece up and out.

Every now and then I see an Athens driving around. And I think to myself.. "Man I should've pulled the trigger and gotten that color." It's a dope color. Especially when you get a cf hood and trunk... OYYY VEY!!! lol
