From Civic Si to G35
From Civic Si to G35
Hi everyone...I just traded my '06 Civic Si for an '04 G35 5AT Monday. The G has 23k miles...got it for $22.5k. Actually, I bought it for $17k if you add the money I made on the Civic which I dumped onto the G.
I've always loved the G coupes. They've always turned my head when I'd see them on the road. Had been looking for a clean, low mileage used one for about 4-5 months. This one was turned in on a corporate lease and is in incredible condition...ultra clean inside and out.
The car is an absolute beast...Love it! I'm looking forward to learning more about the car here.
Here it is at the dealership Monday before I picked it up. I'll post more pics soon. Only planned mods are a wing, which is a big maybe because I think the car looks phenomenal without one.

Good grab bro! I got my 04 coupe after retiring my 93 Si for the same reasons... ive always loved the G, and always been a fan of the Nissan Skyline. I currently have the 05 sedan now.
Welcome to the forum! Have fun.

The '06 Si was the third Si that I've owned and hands down, the best. The only problem is that I've always been a bit of a "low-end" junkie. You really have to drive the Si at 5k to enjoy it and 6k (VTEC) is a blast. Unfortunately, you have to "work" to get it there...always seemed like you had to shift alot to get it up to speed. Anywhere below 4k, and the Si is a slug...as much as it "pains" me to admit it.
Thanks again!
