newbie from az

wats up fellas. just wanted to introduce myself my name is george. i just purchased an 06 g35 sedan and its already by far the best car ive owned. i dont really have big plans for it the farthest ill go will probably be a small supercharger and thats where you guys come in lol. i need help finding the right one. im not really looking to mess with the internals so i know im not gonna get crazy power out of a small supercharger but i think the car is pretty fast already for being a luxury sedan. i need help with fuel, ecu etc etc.

Yay another az member What part of az are you from?

Welcome to the forum, make sure you check out the "west" regional thread from time to time checking for new events, we occasionally set up drives up north through the twisty roads.

As far as SC's go I've heard good things about the vortech, especially if you don't want to change your hood. The Stillen requires a new hood, then theres the HKS and the procharger. I think that pretty much covers most of them.

I live in surprise too off the 303 near between cactus and peoria

The stillen you wont need to mod your internals unless you run a different pulley than the one that comes with it. With the stillen you will need to buy a new hood though because it is too tall for the factory hood since it mounts on the top.

If you are looking for an install we have a guy here in surprise named John that has unbeatable prices for mechanical work and he does a top notch job, he's as careful with my car as I am He's done a bunch of installs for me

dang you are close to me i live on litchfield and bell. i kinda dont wanna replace the hood since it will mean i have to pay to match the paint. i understand that i dont have to build the motor but how safe will i be just running the SC on stock motor. i wont get on it very much i just like the extra little boost

If you don't want to replace the hood and want great reliable power without much hassle I say go with the vortech kit, comes with everything you need and works on bone stock internals and pretty darn safe.
