Oh, I dont think there will be any problems with it. From what Ive been reading and hearing from other g35 members, Ionic is well known and trusted. They are definitely awesome at vendor/customer communication.

Hurry up and get your g35 ya grunt!! lol

So, to the dealer she went today.

Although I NEVER EVER EVER EVER buy an extended warranty on ANYTHING. I decided that this time around, with this being a nicer car, i would get whatever their best warranty was. So, Ive got the elitegivemedomeshotswheneveriaskforthem warranty with all the bells and whistles. Looks like that will start to pay for itself, lol.
How long was it since your last oil change when u checked your oil?
I know my oil levels drops to half way on the stick when I reach 3000 miles since the last oil change.
I don't think that is cause for concern though.

Here's a link to the TSB report (response #25 in thread).
It goes over how to verify if there is cause for concern before having to take the time to take your car into the dealership over and over.

Already started the process bro. I have to take it back in 1k miles. However, I did look at the sticker from when the last oil change was done on my car, and it is almost exactly 1k miles ago. So, after 1k miles, my oil level is at half on the stick. Methinks thats cause for alarm....... aaaaaaaaaaaand a new motor... lol.

Dude I am so pissed.
After reading this thread and then giving you the link to the TSB test
I decided to measure the oil in my ride and found it's in the "No Good" part of the chart.
FVCK!
I guess I'll be going to my dealership next week.
And the worst thing is I have to take off my MREV2, spacer and ztube mods before going in.
Cause I have a feeling thay'll want to blame the OC on that.

OOps! LoL, sorry bro! Hope I didnt jinx ya. On the bright side you could be looking at getting a new engine. I wonder if we asked, if we could keep our old ones? Yea right...

Anyway, as for your mods, I dont think the ztube or the spacer are warranty issues. I think I read somewhere on the forums where someone asked if the spacer would affect warranty and I wanna say the answer was no. Cant see how a ztube would do anything either. No idea on the mrev though.

In either case, sorry about the jinx!

Naaa, you're right none of my mods would have caused the OC.
but I don't want to take the chance of the dealership trying to give me a hard time about it or try to weasel out of giving me a new engine.

If u think about it instead of jinxing me this helped me out in the nic of time since my warranty is up in June. YIKES!
