New Owner

Hi everyone, I bought a 2006 G35 yesterday and I love it. This forum looks to be a place with a lot of good info. I look forward to learning from all of you.

Thanks guys, I love the ride and it's way easy to drive. I don't have any plans at this moment cause quite honestly, these cars are great stock already. I may end up getting new wheels but the stock wheels looks nice too

^ that is true. If you can, hold off on mods since it is the money pit. I lost count on my funds and sometimes it's best not to think about it. lol

Hahaha I hear you. That's what I did when I had my 2010 Camaro SS, put a lot of money into it but ended up trading it in

Thank god the previous owner had the sense to put the first gen spoiler on it! Looks great!

Welcome to Driver SKANLEZ! Wow a perfect G35 coupe and she's a virgin. Best advice spend your $$ on maintenance and quality tires, forget the mods! At the top of the coupe page there's a list of stickys, read them all! If you have questions use our Search, the answers are there! Glad you found a beautiful coupe, enjoy the ride!

I would go with a mild exhaust mod just to help extend the life of other parts. I.e. the idea that the more efficiently exhaust escapes the cooler temps are under the hood which in turn extends the life of plastic and rubber parts under the hood. A magnaflow replacement muffler in place of the stocker can.make a big difference. A simple k&n panel filter, poly compression rod bushings and some kinetix or spc upper control arms to combat uneven tire wear.

Thats it tho. Haha the suspension parts I think are necessary cuz Infiniti made them stupid.

Thanks, I was real happy that I found one with a spoiler.

Thank you for the advice. Now this gives me more of a reason to get an aftermarket exhaust
