'07 G35 Coupe Owner, Riverside CA
Hello all! After six months of researching, shopping and comparing, I finally bought my car last month. My needs were very clear: a reasonable amount of luxury, seats for two kids in the back, good looks, good performance and reasonable maintenance costs. After narrowing it down to an '07 BMW 330 coupe and an '07 G35 coupe, I chose the G due to the lower maintenance costs both short-term and long-term. So far I've put about 1000 miles on the car and have enjoyed it. My research was thorough enough that I haven't really had any surprises. The interior is loud when at highway speed (will be minimizing that in the coming weeks) and the driver door has banged my shin twice now but really, that's it. I am especially fond of the ride and how it looks; these things simply do not have a bad angle.
Future plans include lowering it slightly and not much else. I'm hoping to get a 911 in the next three years and I don't want to commit too much. I do plan on enjoying the hell out of it while I have it though. That shouldn't be too hard.

Welcome to the G family! Nice coupe. Infiniti is much lower on maintenance cost! I had an Audi a6 quattro before the G. Maintenance is costly on them! The german engineering os alittle over kill. What kind of tires do you have? That could be the cause of the noise. My x is quiet at highway speeds. One low cost mod you might want is a spacer. Enjoy the road with your G! I do every time I get behind the wheel!
Yessir! I wonder if I know you? I'm Anthony Montes, I ran KAPU...but most know me for being admin of the APU Confessions page
What year are you?

What year are you?
No I didn't, I had a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I never remember seeing G's in the parking lots...at least not in UV.
The last time I was up there in October I spotted a few, I was pretty surprised. It's posers man, don't let them bring us down!
