Help with Vdc/slip light

my vdc and slip lights dont turn off. but also dont turn on till i turn the wheel even slighty. just wanna find out if we can fix this. cause we all know how fun it is without traction

Look at the cam sensor replacement guide. I think that is your issue.

It could be the abs sensors up front maybe the plugs are loose if its just the slip and vdc lights thats probably the problem. The abs is tied in to the traction control and vdc which is why you cant line lock with these cars (without solenoids) lol

where can I find the plugs? Can I do it myself

Are the lights the problem and or is the VDC button not working?

the button works if I just turn my car on and don't turn the wheel once it moves slighty left it turns on. If I turn the wheel right it's fine

Maybe you have a bad clock spring... Just saying.

this is the front wheel speed sensor for the abs system theres this sensor and it goes to a connector on the frame. Does your car have cruise control? Steering wheel audio controls? You could do a quick check for a bad clock spring by checking if all the steering wheel functions work (cruise control, audio, horn). But if you take it to a shop if its the abs sensors itll pull a code if I remember correctly and most shops its free to scan your car.

I also found out today that if the maf plug isnt plugged in itll cause the slip, vdc light will come on along with the ses light though lol
