Finally a "G"!!!

Hello from SoCal!

Finally own a G35! Right now, the only upgrades on my car is a GROM ipod and blutooth unit, and some projector headlights. I look forward on getting a lot of info from this site and it's members! Especially on performance and suspension I have on order a set of Forgestar F14 wheels (19x9 and 19x10). I'm planning on getting the MortorDyne 1/2" Copper Iso Thermal plenum spacer, the ARC Grip V2 Exhaust, and a set of KW V2 Coilovers. I'm still figuring out what kinda intake to get....K&N, Stillen, or Injen. Love your input if I'm heading on the right track, and glad to be part of the group!!!!

Unfortunately your headlights were/are a downgrade
Set of 06-07 projectors available on here cheap Much better output and cutoff...plus no cheap and unnecessary LEDs throughout
Rest of the car looks great and you have some nice plans ahead
And for an intake stick with a z tube and revup air box and drop in filter

Best bet

Welcome

Thanks for the intake advise! That was the previous owner that put on those headlights. Eventually, I'll take care of those. My main focus right now is performance =)

Welcome to Driver Robo, nice looking coupe! Before you start dropping all that $$ on bolt on's read all the stickys at the top of the coupe page. Intakes, like was mentioned go with a z-tube and a drop in filter. Anything else must have a CARB sticker living in CA. or you won't pass smog! Stay away from knockoffs, they're cheap for a reason! Search..."Best Exhaust" that will give you some idea of how to choose an exhaust and several members opinions! Good Luck, enjoy your coupe!

Thumbs up Nice Coupe

Welcome, nice looking coupe. For starters, check the private classified section of the forum for some quality used parts. It's a good way to get what you're looking for and save money at the same time.

Yes I been hearing a lot of good things about the z-tube! Definitely gonna get one! I hear you the only thing that sucks about living in Cali is these freakin smog laws! As far as exhaust, I've heard pretty good reviews about the ARC Grip. Originally, I wanted the MotorDyne. I can't seem to find it on their website. Do they still make them? Really appreciate the info bro....Thanks!!!

I've been checking the classifieds like you suggested, and already have a few things in mind. I hope they're still available! Thanks so much!
