Hola Y'all

Hey guys,

My name is Andy I am the proud owner of 2004 G35x Sedan, painted in a gorgeous black coat. Dont have pics yet, but hope to get some up soon. She has just over 150,000 bones and still kicking hard beyond a few things that need to be fixed.

A little about me and how I ended with this car, I work as a light duty mechanic for an Infiniti dealership, here in MN. Figured since I work on these cars on a daily, get a nice employee discount on oem parts, and appreciate the platform of these vehicles, when a used G showed up on our lot, it was hard to say no. Traded in my 03 Hyundai Tiburon for it (dont hate, first car, had it since I was 17. Im 24 now) and definitely feel a lot more mature driving this around.

Nice part is, the car came with a stack of maintenance records that would make everest look small. Im the third owner, and I hope she stays with me a good part.

I dont have any immediate plans for mods right now, as it is my DD and I have a loan out on it, but eventually Id like to start small with some stuff like clear side marker lights, maybe a small window spoiler, drop in K&N, ect. and eventually get to some bigger perfomance mods.

Id like to say Im a seasoned forum user, so hopefully you wont be having to tell me to "search" too often. I also have another car, a 1992 Mazda Miata that is my track toy if anyone was curious. Anyways, just wanted to say hi and I hope I make a solid addition to the community!

Welcome to the G community!!! Since you work at the mechanic shop, you should have a lot of knowledge on these cars already. You probable stand 80% higher then the rest of the ppl on here when it comes to fixing them. Well, i am hoping anyways.

Thanks for the warm welcome! And although I agree to certain extent, I am only a light duty so I have plenty more to learn. But thats whats great about forums. Learn some, teach some
