Congratulations! Hopefully you'll enjoy the car as most of us here do. Good luck with all the future upgrades and keep us posted.

Yes, welcome to G35 Driver! I'm surprised and doubtful you needed plugs, ball joints with your low mileage! Your first mods were spot on, however the best upgrade you can make for your '04 coupe are '06 projector headlights! They're no longer available from Nissan so the only place you'll find a set is on our Marketplace. Never buy a set with broken tabs, they're stolen, ripped out! They're an easy "Plug & Play" install.
Again, welcome and enjoy the ride...Gary

I was under the impression that the 60k service included spark plug replacement but maybe I made that up ha, after looking at the plugs when I removed them at 54k miles they werent horrible but at the same time they needed to be changed. Ill take a look at 06 headlights although im not a huge aesthetics mods kind of guy, I like go faster mods (faster braking, faster turning, faster acceleration)

Sparks plugs are 105k if using the OEM ones. This documentation is handy if you want to catch a lot of stuff BEFORE it breaks.

+1 for the '06 headlight assembly, going faster is good but SEEING FARTHER is good too.

Ok, would you like to see when you're flying around at night bouncing off the walls? Projectors are twice what your '04 headlights offer. I was a "Hold Out" too, once installed, I realized what I'd been missing...Gary

While the headlights are MOSTLY aesthetic, they do perform much much better as a headlight, so it's not all a seeming waste of money. I do, however prefer a nice 03/4/5 projector retrofit over the 06/7 lights tho. The city light side strip of the first gen looks awesome with a nice wide-angle LED.

The plugs are good to change around 60k. Like cleric said, the OEM "recommends" 105k mile intervals, but I changed mine at 80k and believe me, they NEEDED to be changed. I now change them every 30-40k with NGK Lazer platinums instead of the iridium. Really keeps everything feeling as close to new as possible.

Another great thing to do every 15k miles or so is to get some MAF cleaner and spray that shib out. Noticable difference in power and it keeps your RPMs from dipping and surging randomly at idle, which is a huge problem with these cars. Also, clean your throttle body.

Sway bars honestly don't make a huge difference by themselves. Springs and adjustable sway bar end links would make a MUCH bigger difference. Sway bar end links are a much bigger improvement than the sway bars themselves as the end links are the weak point

Factory sway bars (sport package '06) are some gigantic diameter and pretty stiff already so yeah... not a lot of improvement as a standalone upgrade. I was pretty shocked when I saw it for the first time, couldn't believe it had that big of a sway bar as a factory item.
