Hi everyone, My name is Oscar, I live in Ft. Lauderdale FL and I bought this 05 G about 1 month ago. Been an enthusiast all of my life and mechanic for part of it. 2018 I wanted to start it in a more luxurious vehicle and was between this and an Is300. Upon deciding the G not only was more spacious but more powerful also, I spent 3 months looking for it because I had a strict budget of >$3000. It took me a long time and plenty of candidates however I ended up talking the dude down to $2800.
My major concentration will be in the engine bay which I started working on. I'm replacing all the seals, excessive brackets and tucking the engine harness. On the outside will be eventually some bigger wheels, a drop and switch all the badges for nissan ones.
131k sir. It had a misfire because they installed a short ram intake and forgot to connect the hose that goes to the valve cover so had a massive air leak. He was selling for 3,500 and that I'm getting it for 2800
Just an idea of my plans, I'm 70% complete on the bay.
