I知 a new g35 owner but I知 looking into doing some upgrades I have a g35 2006 sedan x with 130,000 miles looking into turbo charging or super charging my car what do you guys think would be a better option with the mileage
Everything will hold up pretty much except the shappler rod. Always wanna replace that before FI.

OP with 130k on the clock if you go FI you're probably just going to smoke what's left of the rings. Get a lower mileage engine (60k or less) or just start with a fresh rebuild.
I'd be shocked if you get 20k out of the engine if you SC it right now, if you TC you'll probably go half that

Hopefully those speeds were clocked on the track and not the local freeway
If you are low on funds then DEFINITELY stay away from forced induction, it's an expensive game to play, stick to some budget friendly upgrades and remember there's more to performance than horsepower.
Do you have a plenum spacer?
Do you have a high flow cat (or test pipes)?
Do you have an uprev tune?
Those are the only engine mods you should focus on until you have at least $10k to drop on the motor to keep your forced induction beast from going kaboom. In the meantime focus on tires, tuning the suspension properly, and replacing ANY worn components like bushings. Upgrade your brakes if needed because it's more important to slow down than to speed up. Cosmetic improvements and repairs as well.
I'm not sure what factory governor limits are used on various models, my '06 coupe 6MT tops at 142 before I hit the governor (track tested).

Adding FI to a motor with you're kind of mileage, even a factory motor with 1/2 your mileage isn't smart...they won't stay together! Done right, you start with a new motor with a very solid bottom end, drive it for a couple K miles then add the FI!
