After months of research, I switched to Infiniti after 40 years of service of only Toyotas. Toyota screwed me on the twelfth one i owned so i decided to look at other vehicles. So far the G35 has been lots of fun and the driving experience is like no other vehicle. I am just hoping i did not get a lemon or something major goes wrong with it. Toyota's quality has long been the target for all manufacturers but after my thorough research I think the Infiniti's are a well-engineered vehicle of high quality too. Thanks for all you in the forum. I hope to learn more about the G35 from this great information source.

Best Regards,

Tom

Congrats, lets see some pictures.

Frankly I don't consider Toyota to be the pinnacle of a well engineered affordable vehicle like I used to back in the 90's, Nissan upset them as the king of Japanese reliability and I rank Toyota with the Koreans and their Kia/Hyundai now.

Nissan-Subaru
Mercedes-Honda
Toyota-Kia
BMW-Mitsubishi-Audi
Chevy-Ford-Dodge-Volkswagen

In that order. Tesla intentionally left off the list since they are too small a sample size and don't have a longevity history yet. Other manufacturers like Peugeot, Fiat, Saab I haven't had much experience with since they're fairly rare here stateside.
