2007 G35 Journey black/black
New member, long time lurker

Nothing crazy, it's your everyday 07 G35 sedan journey b/b (kinda rare). I've had it for 8 years. This forum has been great to me over the years,so I should say hello right?
The car has been through a lot; it's on it's second engine. I blew the first engine at 186k'ish (camshaft bearings)- due to my poor maintenance habits and over driving. ;-) ;-)
Since then...new used engine (w/22k miles @~40k miles now. Runs great!) total 204k total - fairly tight on maintenance now. No real issues...a serpentine belt, alternator; my rack and pinion is leaking...that's really it.
Parts:
Stillen Cat-Back Exhaust System
Stillen Generation 3 Ultra Long Tube Dual Intake
FA 500 Series Coilovers with Air Piston Lift System
SPC camber arms, HKS sways bars..cusco strut brace...
Stance SF01 Silver Fronts: 19x8.5 +35 Rears: 19x9.5 +38
DWS XL A/S Fronts: 245/40/19 Rears: 275/35/19

next is(car gods willing).... brakes, oil cooler , maybe a new giken 1.5 lsd. hahah...maybe a proper tune? (on an AT...maybe not?!)
It really isn't as 'clean' as I'd like (yet); need a new grill, lip, internal paint is gone(still doesn't look bad though...), engine detailing...etc.
at 10+ years I still think it looks better than half the cars out there...I still smile walking up to it...
If you're in phx and want to kick it..hit me up ;-)

-Cheers

Wow, it sounds like you and your car have been through a lot. It seems like these cars can go for a long time when taken well care of. I've heard of some here that are driving theirs still with 400k+ miles, which is insane to me.

I definitely agree with the previous poster, would love to see some pics.

Wishing you better luck in the future, see you around! -J
