Test pipes are a decent option if you don't mind getting a little louder - used versions pop up on here and/or the G35 facebook groups pretty often, as do used OE cats if you'd rather go that route. As for the window, it's a pretty common failure on our cars, but I have no experience with it myself (maybe someone else can comment). I believe you need to figure out if it's the switch or the motor itself (though I believe it's usually the motor) with a multi-meter (harbor freight has them on the cheap), then it's just a matter of swapping out the faulty part.
