2005 g35x lowered sport sedan custom interior blue accents headrest dvd
New member g35xs sedan

Just checking in. I learned alot lurking on this forum so I suppose its time i finally join. My G is the 2005 sport sedan model. Graphite metallic paint lowered to about 3 inches off the ground with plasti dipped wheels and fender flares that need to be repainted. Im currently working on my interior. Ive added some light blue accents to the black interior. Dvd screens in both headrests with nintendo games for my son. Just ordered a maxima shift **** and custom diamond stitch floor mats so ill post some pics as soon as that comes in. Was just hoping to share some pics and maybe get some help with my headlight issue. Thanks 😄

Welcome to the forums, what kind of headlight problem are you having?

Thanks cleric... I had a headlight that kept flickering off and one when i drove over bumps. I ended up replacing the ballast and checking fuses but after checking and tightening the ignitor it seems to be staying on for the past couple days. I might have a short somewhere

The headlights have a ground inside the engine bay at the front of the wheel wells, left side is readily accessible but the right side one is behind the coolant reservoir and you can unbolt the single 10mm bolt holding down the reservoir, lift it straight up, leave the hose connected there's barely enough room to lift it out. I would take off that ground wire bolted to the fender, brush it clean, apply a little electrical anti-oxidation grease and bolt it back down. That's the easiest part of that circuit to work on

I had issues with a flickering bulb once, I replaced the bulb (expensive even for aftermarket oem-HID replacement) and the flickering never reoccurred.
