Hey y’all. I got my 2007 g35x dyno tuned on a 2wd hub dyno. We had to disconnect the front driveshaft and pull the ABS and vdc fuse to make it 2wd for the dyno. This is up from a 200 whp base run. I have long tube CAIs and isr test pipes on the car. Is the low hp reading because it’s AWD? Like it’s not 100% of the engine power going to the back wheels? Or is there something wrong with my car that could be dragging down the numbers
I'm no dyno expert but your HP tanking after 6k isn't normal and of course, all numbers are really low. That said, at least your add-on mods look to be performing well. How's the butt dyno? Find a secluded road and do a 0-60 and 0-100 run. 5 sec and 13 seconds should easily be achievable. Better yet, if you have a local strip, trapping 100 mph+ is typical for a healthy stock car of your particular model, without your proven mods.

I’ve done 0-60s recently (well actually 0-100 cuz kmh) and they were around 5.3 seconds.
my engine has something like 237,000 miles but all regular maintenance has been done and it’s never broken down on me.
I chalk it up to the dyno itself then. Find a true AWD machine and see what happens. Of course you won't have a baseline but whatever. Do another 0-100 and see if you can break the 5s barrier.
