2006 g35, not sure if sport or what. no nav or sunroof, havent researched all the packages these had
Jordin, 24, 1 3/4 months of ownership so far.
hi all, first off my name is Jordin and this is my first G (yes i have the front bumper and other things lol i just have them off because project car). if im missing something from the front of the car please tell me so!! 2006 g35 sedan not sure if sport or some other package, 152k miles, closing in on 2 months of ownership. I've already done some major harness repairs, including an alternator connector (stock one didnt bother getting a different one), fixed an overheating issue, removed a badly installed doubledin Kenwood unit, fuel pump cleaning on the meter thing, found out the dash clock is dead and was SHORTING my standalone AC controller (metra, no bezel or trim just the controller). i love this car regardless of the issues because i got a decent wheel setup along with adjustable coils and im learning a new car.

thanks man. almost burnt this damn thing to the ground while trying to solve this insaaaaaaaane shorting issue. it was causing my pedal sensor to short, camshaft connector to short, and the throttle body. and guess wtf it was that ive never seen before? A DAMN GROUND HARNESS. right underneath the drivers seat and carpet. the chassis and ring island thing were so dark and corroded i laughed because i ripped the entire interior apart to check every single inch of wire for any damage etc. along with the engine harness that ive since corrected (ground wires to coil packs were wired severely incorrectly) but thank god they still work perfectly. did a week long harness and inspection job and it was a success. only code my car is throwing now (just double checked) is the clockspring or ASCD switch thing forgot what it was, and a shorted or shorting (might be moisture on the connector inside) crankshaft sensor. she runs beautifully if anything way better than before and feels a hell of a lot more powerful also.
