I finally got one
Hey guys,
I just bought a preowned 2003 g35 coupe off of eBay and it's probably the best decision I've ever made even though I was drunk when I was bidding. Anyway I just wanted to say hi! The cool part is, I think the previous owner was Tony Kornheiser, who does PTI on ESPN and does articles in the Washington Post because he left his ID card in there, and I think I'm still getting his satellite radio subscription haha
Anyway, I know very little about cars but I hit 30k miles and the 30k service was 618 dollars...is it worth it?

If it were my new ride and I was the second owner, I would definitely get the fluid changes and have it thoroughtly checked. You don't know first hand how well it was maintained up to this point, so to me it would be a good investment.
Haven't got the 30k checklist in front of me, but you could probably nix some of the fluff service off the list to cut the cost. Go over that with the service adviser and he'll help you cut the cost down.
Enjoy the new ride...
C.
