who to go for service in Queens/Long Island

I bought my G from Smithtown. How's the service there ? Anybody has any good/bad experience with Smithtown services ?

I might be relocating to Queens. Any suggestion which dealer to go to in Queens ?

Thanks

I've had nothing but good experiences at Atlantic Infiniti. Check the Infiniti website and look up atlantic infiniti. They're really professional, quick, and customer-friendly. A few of the guys working there have been working for Infiniti for a while. I went there a few days before X-mas and they gave me infiniti chocolates =). Its in nassau county, so I guess that'd be the border of queens/l.i.

I also got mine from Competition - when I was waiting for my oil change - i realized people had driven pretty far to use competition. I havent heard any complaints about them.

I use Atlantic also. No major gripes on my part (except for ignoring a "don't wash" request).

I use competition for service, no complaints so far. Always be warry with all auto dealership service departments. They will rape you if you blink an eye. Its probably the least honest industry in the world.

Anyone here have experience with Millenium Infiniti in Manhasset? I'm gonna head over there for my complimentary free first service next week.

I just bought my car from Millenium and I was given a complementary premium oil change voucher. I have not gone there yet to get my oil changed and I was wondering if you had gone and how the service was. Are they good?

I also picked up my G coupe this week from Millenium. It was a bang bang deal. Bought it on Wed. picked it up on Thurs.

I had got their early on thurs and was down in the service deptmart watching the dude tint the car and it seemed pretty busy to me. Customers coming in to pick up cars from service, didn't hear anyone complaining at all.

Tried giving the prep guy a tip, he showed me stuff with the upgraded alarm etc, he wouldn't take it at all, I'll bring him a gift instead. First time at a dealership where some one turned down a tip. Most other places have their hands out expecting it.

I picked mine up on Tuesday! Everyone there was really nice and I am sure that the service department is just as good but I was hoping that somebody had actually had service done there and could tell me about their experience. I still have some time until I get my oil change. I was even thinking about getting the remote start done there just because it wont void any warranties. It really isn't that expensive there either compared to other places.

I bought my G at Infiniti of Massapequa and just got the oil changed there. They were great. Courteous, on time, addressed some minor questions I had (i.e. trunk felt heavy to open). I highly recommend them.

I had the alarm upgrade plus other stuff done before I picked it up, It may run u more now cause you have to run it through the service department, not the F&I guy. I'd get a price on it. Like the car, prices through him are negoiatable.

I wouldn't fret the service department, they seem to have a good rep.

I bought my car from Infiniti of Massapequa. I just got my first oil change done. Service was great, they didn't even mention my 350z tube or my JWT popcharger.
