New Englanders with rolled fenders

Anyone have problems with body rot?
I went to my body shop today and the guy said he wouldn't do it because after a year or two the whole quarter panel will rot out.
Feedback?

That only happens with a shop that doesn't know what they are doing.

If you go to a shop that has the fender rolling machine, it will get done properly and you won't need to worry about it. It sounds like the shop manager just doesnt want to do it.

Even with a roller machine, you're going to lose some paint or have some crack. Everyone that has had it done with a machine still has had cracks.

The REAL way to do it is to get it cut.

^+1. Even though a few don't like getting parts on the car cut but the results are smooth!
