Looking for a finance/accounting related job!!! (NY-Metro/Long Island)

Hey guys,
I am a graduate from the University of Central Florida...
I am graduating (this week!) with a BSBA in Finance and a minor in Real Estate.

I am looking to relocate back to the NY area. I lived on Long Island for a bit and definitely want to go back. Trying to keep the jobs on the island or in the city. I can move to NY quickly upon getting a job.

I just wanted to check in here and see if anyone works in the finance/real estate fields in the area.
I am looking for some additional places to send my resume to. (I've sent one out to so many places!)

I would appreciate any ideas and suggestions.
I would love to send some people my resume also.

Thanks in advance,

Julian DiDonato

just send out resumes. i have a huge clientele and family down in wall street (and a lot workin from home). Long Island is a big annexx to NYC commute now so you shouldn't have any problem finding a company -- but b cautious due to the economy right now. its' expensive to live up here too

prices are crazy everywhere. i've done comparisons for both locations and in Florida the prices jumped up so much but wages never did. I've gone on several interviews down here and the money that they say is typical for the position is so low. Whereas up in the NY areas the wages are higher with comparison to the cost of living...

so you gonna get me a good deal on an FX or G when I move up there?
