You know the dyno's they use for inspection... Well in October there getting rid of those. So any OBD 1 car doesn't have to pass a smog test... thus we should all trade in our cars for old ones, put big turbos and run really really rich ... j/k i love my Z

The new cars run OBDII.. older gen cars run OBDI. It's the way they scan/check the ECU for errors and run tests etc.. Just the name of the port they use.. OBDII also has more features etc..

Yes anything b4 96 is OBD 1, Unless it was a new model year (like a redesigned car) for example 95 maxima was redesigned so it is OBD 2... Your a comp guy trodis think of it as a OBD1 and OBD2 as different OS'

I am going to need one as soon as I get my MA plates. My tint is 20% all around and I really don't want to rip it off. Any help would be great

A LOT of places don't look twice at tint unless it's obnoxiously dark.

Unfortunately every place I went to down here in Marshfield with my old car put a tint meter right up on the window before I pulled it in. Those windows were 20% too. My car looks pretty dark now especially against the IP
