I had just gone through the Bergen Toll plaza on the GSP, when I see a black coupe turning onto the parkway. I speed up to catch up to the guy to say hey. I am about 6 car lengths behind. He is in the right lane, as am I, since my exit is about to come up. A van in front of the black coupe is slowing down. Instead of passing the guy on the left, which was clear, this guy turns onto the shoulder and guns it past the van and another car in front of the van, before turning back onto the parkway. What a d!ck. Kicking up the shoulder dirt and rocks at me. And this is one of the shoulders with the "Wake up *****!" strip.

it wasn't me. I have a black coupe, but I haven't taken it on the garden state yet.. plus i have a NY plate. Also, I probably would have jumped at the chance to say hi to another coupe.
