I am looking to tint my windows in the NYC area. I was wondering where is a good place to do it at for a reaseonable price. 100-200 price range. Planning to do 35% tints.

I think you should spend a little more than $100. Any place that does it that cheap is not going to do good work.

 

I know a good guy in Queens. If you are in that area, he can pick up the car and take it back to you. He's not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. His work is very good. He just did my dad Expedition and did a great job. If you are interested, let me know and I'll get the contact info for ya!

 

In Brooklyn: Guarenteed Alarm does the best tints. It is on ConeyIsland Ave by the Belt Parkway exit. $200. Tint goes all the way to the top of the window = good quality

If you are near Staten Island, I would go to Will John on Hylan Ave. I had my coupe done there and the job was excellent. They have the computerized tint cutting machine so the fit is exact all the way around (plus the rear window is one piece.

35 is too lite, u need dark all around and of course the winshield!

 

i got the tints done last week in brooklyn. 815 atlantic avenue. cost $130 and the guys did a great job. i wanted 20% but they ran out so i opted for 5% (limo's) instead. at first i thought it might be too dark but i love it now. it adds to the mystery of the car.
