well i was there looking to buy a 2005 645ci and they lost a buyer like myself just because they did not want to pull it out the showroom for a test drive and even i did show them my pre-approval from my bank.. they basically wanted me to buy without test drive.. yeeah right.. i took my girlfriend as well because she is in the market too for CLS Benz and when we turned on the car the belt was making noise and the glove box swicth was broken... so she did not buy... they showed us this 745i BMW which we prob. looking into buying but no negociation yet because the car had limited warranty.. so i just recommend taking ur own personal mechanic.

I am surprise a dealer does not allow a test drive. I would think that is the very first basic thing they would...

Dedham Automall is a NO GO for me... That's just my personal experience and it was a couple years ago. I went there to look at a TL. The sales person was rude and he completely ignored me. I had to wait forever just to get the key to the dirty car.

Deadham Automall sucks. I wouldn't buy another car from there. I brought my 02 Acura TL from there and their customer service is horrible. Car didn't ocme with the Navi disc, missing the valet key and the remote and was told they would get which they didnt. I can go on and on with horror stories. Make sure you show them this thread and maybe they'll get their act together.

They are known crooks, and they pick up the worst cars at the most shady auto auctions out there. There are tons of BBB complaints on them, and they are probably affiliated with the same "Auto Mall" chain on rt 1 in Lynn near Logan Airport.

Huge markup on junky cars, so they can give themselves lots of room to negotiate downwards. They do very little work on the cars, many customers have been burned early on by cars with major problems

Dam I wish i asked you guys about this place before i bought my G, I got my g from preown. I did notice some overspray, but they gave me 2 more g'z for my accord then everyone else. It's funny because the bigger boss called and he told him he made a deal and all you can hear was the boss yelling the crap out of him saying he gave me too much for my accord, but the paperwork was already done. Just my experience.

If you are looking to buy a used coupe and have good service I would recomend Herb Chambers. Go in there and talk to Scott Kelley. He's a reall good person.
