Has anybody gotten their coupes from Ramsey? Or has anybody dealt with Ramsey and had problems?

 

I leased a sedan from Ramsey , picked it up Feb 1. I had no problems got a very good deal.

Yea I got my Silver G35 from Ramsey. The dealer is run by the Ramsey auto group, which I heard has a bad rep with service. I also heard they use recycled oil. But a personal problem I have is that my car never came with an owners manual and they were suposed to give me one within 2 weeks and this was over 2 months ago.

 

I got my G from tRamsey Infiniti. First I talked to a regulat lases guy, he was pressuring way to much, so i told him to scrath. Then I filled up a request form on the internet and a lady internet sale person from there gave me a call, she was really nice. Good thing they didnt have to sell me on it, lol, they did a shitty job, the car sold itself

 

i have a deposit down for a 6mt coupe..a july delivery...still haven't gotten my order number yet....called two times and they didn't know what an order number was...just gave me four numbers claiming thats the order number...but i'm not too worried though..i saw the list of coupes they were getting in july...and the one i put a deposit on is the only one they are getting in july...
btw...does Ramsey put dealer badges on the back of their cars..??

 

Hmm, very interesting. I purchased my 03 G35 Coupe 6MT (black on black) just last week from Ramsey, will be picking it up today (June 10th, 2003). It was one of the last black on black fully loaded (minus nav) 6 speeds I could find in the whole tri-state area. It was a car that someone had ordered but couldn't get financed for. I'm dealing with Wille, a really cool guy. He's been nothing but extremly helpful with every aspect of my G35 purchase. From the paper work to questions about the car. No problems what so ever. I basically was there last Thursday, fell in love with the car, and by Friday we had the deal signed. The car was preped and ready to be picked up yesterday Monday, but I couldn't get out there in time so I'm picking it up today. As for service, since I live on Long Island I don't think I'll be making the trek back there unless I need something from the dealerhsip personaly. I'll just hit one of the local dealerships in my area for all my service needs. So far no problems with Ramsey on my end. Sorry to hear about everyone elses problems.

 

I got ordered mine there...great place, good people and most important no trouble at all...

I have ever encountered. I don't know anything about the service department, but hope it's up to snuff. I am very concerned however that they only have one coupe for July Shipment, since mine is scheduled for July.

 

I got mine from Ramsey Infiniti and worked with a young lady named Kendra Rowan. She was super. She knew what I was looking for and called me on June 2 and said she had 4 6MT's that they wanted to move ASAP. I went down and they had a silver/willow, black/black, white/black, and red/willow. I leased the red/willow. The silver was spoken for and I already had 3 black cars in a row. No problems at all. The finance guy was great, no pressure whatsoever for the add-ons. I got $1,000 off and they made my last lease payment on my Acura CL-S. Couldn't be more pleased.

However, I have not been there for service yet. Their service dept is real small.

 

I just ordered from Ramsey. They gave me the best deal on the car compared to many dealers in the tristate area. Very professional sales. Im expecting delivery on 8-11. Cant wait. ordered ivory pearl w/ graphite aero, prem, 6spd. I saved $750 off of sticker.

 

Bought mine at Ramsey Infiniti. No problems whatsoever. Salesperson Willie was great and took special care of us. Car was detailed and ready to go with a full tank of gas just as promised.
