Bob and "T" are the owners. Mike is Bob's brother. I've know Bob a long time - he will stand behind their work.

Let me start off by saying that I’m not really angry or mad over this whole situation. I was just ranting above and it may have come off as me being angry. I am just disappointed to see a company not stand behind their work.

I was just looking at their website ( http://www.virginiasolartinting.com/our_staff.htm ) and im not positive but I think Bob is the one I talked to this past Monday when I was over there. If the owner said it wasn’t covered under the warranty, I wonder if it will make any difference to talk to Mike. Are you planning on talking to Bob anytime soon?

If anyone on here wants to take a look at it I would love to show you and see what your opinion on this matter is. I haven’t driven the car since I got the tint because it bothers me because i try to be a perfectionist when it comes to cars but ill take it to work and back tomorrow. If you are free and are in the short pump area during 8-5 and chesterfield area around VST after work I will gladly show you.

EDIT: lol Tony I was just reading what you said again. Yes I am young and drive an Infiniti but unfortunately I can’t afford to get shafted...lol

hey Will....ya think you could help Chris out with this matter, since you know these guys?? I just cant get over how they wont fix this for him, just boggles my mind!!!

I just want to thank everyone for their opinions on this matter. I think I am just going to leave it because the last thing I want to deal with is them messing up my defrost lines when they take the tint off and that would be a bigger mess to try and fix. I gave them a opportunity to fix it and if they won’t warranty a bubble I can’t imagine how much of a pain it would be if they messed my defrost lines up. I’m just going to deal with what I got. I might be stupid for doing so but I just dont want to deal with the headaches. Once again, thanks everyone for your help!

I wish..but i cant..i need new tires before i take a long trip anywhere..tire pressure light is coming on every 3 days after a top it off..

I went to Pearson Infiniti yesterday for my oil change and free inspection @ 8am. I had a pleasant talk with a couple of people in there from the service manager to the marketing manager. I am in the works of setting up a meet at Pearson Infiniti on a weekend, just gotta get with the General Manager, Don to hash out the details. Plus, they had responded with discounts on parts and service. Keep posted and wish me luck to get this set up for us here real soon!!!!

I have been to Pearson once to get a ITB done and Brennon who I think is the service manager was a great person to deal with. He was more than helpful and was very understanding when it came to my car. I will make it out to this when it happens. If you need any help setting it up let me know!

^thanks Chris....Brennon was actually the one that i bought my G from also. I actually happen to talk with him when i was there. I gave him this website and told him check it out. I explained that i had purchased a couple of aftermarket stuff(jdm battery cover) from another Infiniti dealership and how much they were missing out on that market. He is a very helpful person to deal with and that he would also put a good word to the General Manager for me about getting this in the works.
