I didnt like my G35 at first but day by day I seem to like it more and more. I realized the reasons I had for disliking my ride wasnt dislike for the car but for the horrible roads in NYC.

Well, that being said, I really feel after 8 months of NYC road abuse my G35 deserves a good long smooth drive. I have different ideas in my head.

I am thinking a road trip thats anywhere between 4 - 7 days. I noticed Canada seems to have a hot import scene. It gave me the idea to drive up to Niagara Falls to check the falls and fromt here maybe shoot to Toronto or anywhere.

Honestly, I cant make up my mind where to go. Niagra Falls seems like a good idea anyway.

I was just wondering if anyone here has done any road trips or if anyone would like to do it. I also would like some suggestions on when and where would be great to go.

you hated your G35? from the minute I test drove it I fell in loveee and I'm a computer guy so it took me a while to convert to car guy.

if you really wanna go on a road trip to canda , do not go over the winter , I go snowboarding there alot and the roads aren't G-friendly , but if your planning it soon , QUebec City , Montreal or if you want a long trip Toronto is also a nicee place to go. but that's just my mind speaking.

Get on Rt25A and drive it all the way out to Long Island wine country. Beautiful ride on decent roads.

BlackBuzzard: I would include Montreal in the trip... Montreal has a great nightlife out there. It's like sin city of Canada.... Toronto to Montreal is like 3 hours or so, depending on how fast you drive.

Just FYI tho', have a radar detector cause 87 is littered with Super Troopers... and point transfer from Ontario to NY, so don't think you can speed in Canada and get away with it...

11 days off...drive out to kali for the JGTC competition...you'll see the cross country scene and get to check out JGTC...the competition is december 18-19...4 days to get out, spend the weekend, 4 days to get back, 1 day to recuperate...if u want something for a nice weekend drive, i just drove the Bronx River Pkwy on sunday...very nice twisties, hills and smooth road starting in the bronx and goes up north into westchester county...its a very scenic route that my gf and i enjoyed very much...i drove an hour up, testing out various settings on my suspension...after trying to get lost, i just entered "home" on my navi and it took my right home...just another perk of having a navi =)
