Please be on the lookout for my 1999 Eclipse GSX. It was stolen from outside my house in Flushing, Queens today. It has bronze 5zigen wheels, red Sparco seats, a big front mount, and Florida tags. It also has red paint transfer on the rear driver side bumper.

Eclipses are pretty rare to see on the streets nowadays. With its visual mods and dent on the rear bumper makes it one of a kind. Hopefully it attracts attention and someone will see it driving around.

 

Nice car!! Hopefully they don't rip it apart..the 2g holds a special place in my heart.. Good luck getting it back!! I want another one and build the fukk out of it..

 

I always wondered what the bulge on the hood was for.

Sucks that your car got jacked from right in front of your house. Damn man, don't you use the Club or have an alarm?

the bulge im pretty sure is for the stock turbo eclipses

 

The buldge is only functional for the turbo eclipses with the 4g63 motor.. Its for clearance for the cam gears.. They just put the hood on all of them even though it wasn't needed for the non turbo 420a motor..

The car has a Viper alarm. However the pager did not go off when it was stolen. There was no broken glass either. The car does leak oil pretty fast when started and since there was no oil, my guess it was towed.

 

Damn that sucks. I hope it is recovered in tact.

 

the GSX was recovered a few days ago. The seats, wheels and radio were taken. The clutch is also done. Few new dings on the bumpers and body panels. I cant be mad at that. thanks for everyones support

glad to hear u got the car back..when i got my integra back, it was completely stripped..hopefully the insurance will be of sum help...gl man..and i hope this is a blessing in disguise..
