My family and I will be moving to Norfolk Virginia in the next couple of months. My wife who works with the FAA is going to be stationed in Norfolk Airport. Can anyone recommend a good Highschool for my daughter.

Can you guys recommend an apartment within the school district. Looking for an apartment that allows for a small dog and has a parking garage.
Also if possible where it's close to a public transportation since my daughter and wifey don't drive as yet.

Any help would be great and looking forward to meeting up with the local G club around that area.

are you set on moving to the city of norfolk? i work with a few people that have gone to granby and booker t. washington. norfolk can be rough. look for places in the ghent area. real nice safe area. the new light rail system will be up and running soon and bus stops every block.

the city or chesapeake and virginia beach imo have better schools as far as safety and academics.
